Typically when a shoe style is producing, buffer materials will be ordered. Through cutting, there will be more leftover. I have seen factories dumping tons, literially tons of these remaining materials.
REVIVER LAB was founded for one simple reason: to rejuvenate the wasted materials, and build a platform to unite "revivers" to maximize the flow of unused materials.

KG REVIVED
We are group of dumb idealists and artists. We do not create just couple pairs, we figure out ways to really make some quantitative changes. It actually takes more time and effort than building a new shoe.
So far, we have connected 9 factories all over the world, with 7 experts working in house or in factories to collect, examine, transport and rejuvenate unused materials. We have set our own library with over 80 different materials, and revived 500+ kg materials which were supposed to be dumped as trash.
